Lock works great but I thought I could save some money by going with the MiCasaVerde Vera2 which should work the same as the Schlage LiNK but without the subscription. While the lock can be controlled from the Vera2 the functions are severely limited. It can only lock/unlock remotely, but it CANNOT assign/change/delete users and PINS remotely. This is a key missing feature. I would love to be able to assign a temporary user/pin to a maid or contractor to get in, and then delete the user. This is possible with Schlage LiNK but NOT possible with the vera2. Lock itself can assign the pins directly on the lock, but cannot be deleted remotely without a subscription to Schalge LiNK.
