Love the ladder, only wish I could have gotten a 28 foot with the Equalizer legs. Heavy duty ladder, but not too heavy to move around on my own. Big enough to clean my second story gutters, but still hangs on hooks in my garage. Price was very reasonable and delivery was pretty convenient, but only because I work a block from home. They only wanted to deliver during the business day so without my flexible schedule, someone would have had to take the day off.

@# Hunter 90064 Ellipse Bathroom Fan with Light and Nightlight Brushed Nickel with Bent Alabaster Glass

I am an electrical contractor and this fan is difficult to install. The sheet metal is too thin and the installation of sheet rock distorts it. I had to cut out sheet rock and bend the fan frame back into position to be able to mount the motor module. I have never had this problem with the dozens of Panasonic fans I've installed because the sheet metal is heavier and can stand up to sheet rockers less that perfect cuts.



The junction box is in the back of the fan frame so if you need to service it, it requires complete dissasembly of the unit while all other units I have installed have the junction box at the front of the inards of the fan.



The damper only opens half way. After application of WD-40 still doesn't open fully and doesn't close fully when the fan is turned off.



It takes 2 non-standard light bulbs. So an extra trip to the supply house.



I looks wonderful but, that is all I can say that is positive.



Lowe's makes a Hampton Bay that is a knock off of this fan for a lot less money.

Recently purchased this ladder. It's very light and seems quite sturdy although I am near the reported weight capacity of 250 pounds.

I particularly like that I can stand on the platform and my head does not touch my (8 ft.) ceilings.

On a regular step ladder, the second step isn't high enough and the third is too high. I'm 6 foot.

This ladder is made in USA and is a good purchase.

The picture on Amazon for the 264 model is misleading as the 264 has only one step and then the platform. The picture shows the 265 which is a 5 foot as opposed to a four foot.

I have two children, ages 6 and 3 1/2 years. Originally, I ordered this ladder and the ladder sold by One Step Ahead because I knew I wanted one in each of their rooms and I thought the one from One Step Ahead would be lighter and easier for our youngest daughter to use. I WAS WRONG. Although lighter, the ladder from One Step Ahead is BULKY and NEITHER of my children could lift it/maneuver it enough to get it into the window during our drills.



Yes, this ladder is heavier. BUT they never lift the whole thing. They drag the box to the window and then take the bottom rung (which is a different color and packaged to sit right on top, so it is easy to find) out and throw it out the window. Then they start throwing handfuls of the rest of the rungs out until the hooks. My 3 1/2 year old had no problem with this during our drill. It didn't take long and definitely beat not being able to make it work at all. I just ordered a second one so that they both have a child friendly ladder.



The storage box is much smaller as well, but we are storing it with the over the windowsill hooks open instead of folded flat because opening them was something they could not consistently do quickly.



I also really liked that it is easy to do drills and refold the ladder back into the box correctly and that more than one person can be supported at a time.

Ron of Value Brothers did a commendable job of stepping up and replacing the hard-to-find light bulbs that came broken with my fan. He did this even though I didn't open my fan until at least a month after I ordered its, which meant that the shipper, who likely caused the problem, got off without being charged for the breakage. When one of the new bulbs died, he offered to try again. What more could you ask? I know the fan works well, becasue this is the second one we purchased for our house.
