I bought this opener because of the features and previous reviews - I was not disappointed! I had the unit professionally installed - because I had already been dealing with a pro to diagnose my broken (requiring replacement) opener. The opener is SOOOO quiet. Standing next to it, at the keypad, I can hardly hear the opener moving. I don't mind opening and closing the garage (detached) late at night because my neighbors can't hear a thing.
