This lock was easy to install, easy to program & the kids found it easy to use. With a turn of the thumbknob the lock can be set to automatically lock or remain unlocked when the door is closed. That was important to me. I usually keep it locked but it's nice to be able to keep it unlocked for unloading groceries or the like.
