If more folks call the company might listen. Remember it is your safety and the safewty of your family. Not all burglars kick in doors, there are still stealth burglaries. How fast does your police respond? Maybe it is time to buy a GLock instead of a lock.
I always read the 1 star reviews to hear the worst complaints about the item. Since this is a major problem and I expected more from SCHLAGE only 1 star is all that you deserve. Shame on all companies putting profits before customer safety!!!. Otherwise I like the lock
