Absolutley love this opener! Nearly silent operation. Mounts out of the way for maximum ceiling height. A little tricky to install, but once it is in it is great. Extra security provided with automatic dead bolt. Wall button with temp and time, remote control and mount anywhere ceiling / wall light. Everything is top quality. Worth every penny.
