no complaints. All the positive reviews are right on the money. I used this to install 2 celing fans. Made the job very easy with all the trays for me to put my tools on so i did not have to continously climb up and down the ladder. Very sturdy ladder, and I had no issues with wobbling. Locks and unlocks very easily.
