This is an incredibly great product for the money. This technology did not even exist a short time ago. The locks with far less technology cost 3 to 4 times what this one does. I know Schlage is trying to make it up with the subscription fees, but there is technology to circumvent that as well. I could not be happier with this product. It is a bargain at retail, but a steal at Amazon pricing. This one was especially inexpensive, as it must not have been a popular finish. The good news is that it was the finish I needed!

It is great to know you had such a great experience with Schlage. I just want to thank you for sharing your experience, as Schlage is tweaking their service because of comments like yours. Schlage LiNK recently changed the monthly fee from $12.99 to $8.99 plus 2 months free trial for new customers. It looks like Schlage is truly committed to hearing customer feedback like yours and making significantly improvements to the LiNK product, starting with the decreased monthly fee. From what I have heard there will be no change in the level of service customers have come to expect with Schlage LiNK.
